Visa4Canada Ltd provides immigration consulting services, including but not limited to: case assessment, application preparation, document review, and representation in immigration matters.
We will use our best efforts to prepare and submit applications and represent our clients, but the ultimate decision rests with the relevant government agency. We do not guarantee the success of any immigration application or appeal.
The information provided by Visa4Canada Ltd is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Any information provided by our firm is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship or to substitute for legal advice from a licensed attorney.

Our fees are based on the services provided and are outlined in a fee agreement signed by the client. All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the fee agreement.
Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client will be billed separately and must be paid by the client.
Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to terminate our services.
Visa4Canada Ltd will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, except as required by law. We will not disclose any client information without the client's express consent.
Visa4Canada Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, except as outlined in the fee agreement. Our liability is limited to the amount of the fees paid by the client.
We are not responsible for any decisions made by government agencies related to the client's immigration matter.
Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the fee agreement.
Upon termination, we will provide the client with any documents or materials in our possession related to the client's immigration matter.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ontario.
Visa4Canada Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us, including but not limited to: emails, newsletters, and promotional materials. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting us.
All content on our website, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Visa4Canada Ltd and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any content on our website without our express written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold Visa4Canada Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: any errors or omissions in your immigration application or supporting documents, any unauthorized use of our website or content, or any violation of these Terms of Service.
Visa4Canada Ltd will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government action.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, along with any fee agreement or other written agreement between Visa4Canada Ltd and the client, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
